ROCHESTER, N.Y. (February 2, 2012) – The Fisher Falcons were defeated by the Robert Wesleyan's Raiders 77-58 this evening.
The Raiders nearly led from start to finish, minus a single lead change when Zach Pope gave the Falcons a 5-3 lead early in the game.
Mike Stone matched his career high of 25 points in the game after going 4 of 8 from long range and 8 of 17 from the field.
Dominique Williams earned a double-double after scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Senior Alif Bland added 11 points to go along with 4 blocked shots.
Dennis Norford led Fisher with 23 points and 7 rebounds.
With the win the Raiders improve to 8-15 overall and 4-4 in the American Mideast Conference. The Falcons fall to 9-18 overall and 2-8 in the AMC.
The Falcons are back in action this Friday when they visit rivals Houghton College at 8pm.
